In this podcast we consider the idea of a brain computer interface operating system and how current softwares for brain computer interfaces are based on the old graphic user interface model.

We need a new approach to a #bci #os that’s not based on the #gui which was developed at XeroxPARC in the 1970’s or earlier if you want to include the work of Douglas Engelbart or Ted Nelson.

We discuss this and the more general question what is a brain computer interface? (For those not in the neurotech community)

Of course, we have some positive environmental news to report. This time it’s a new carbon capture system that takes the cost of capturing a ton of carbon from $1,000’s to $75 per ton.
